Delivery Charges and Pricing
Pricing of Products
Prices on goods at www.jazz-y.com are inclusive of tax and exclusive of delivery charges. The cost of deliveries will be added to your order.
Delivery Charges
For deliveries within the territory of Latvia we offer 2-5 day delivery option through recorded postal services or next day delivery (subject to conditions, see below) through courier services. To apply for the next day deliveries the order and the payment for the order must be received by 12:00 noon - midday. We use TNT Latvia for our courier services.
Pricing of Deliveries within Latvia
2-5 day deliveries – 3.50 Ls
Next day deliveries – 5.00 Ls
Pricing of European Deliveries
5-14 day deliveries through recorded international postal services – 16.00 Ls
Returns
Customers are entitled to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivered goods. Returned goods must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable state. We will not accept returns on any non-faulty goods that have been worn and tags removed. By using goods customer accepts that delivered goods are to the customer’s expectations and satisfaction and such goods cannot be returned.In the case of return of goods customer will be refunded the cost of goods, but not the cost of the delivery of goods to the customer. Any cost of returns of goods is also at the customer's expense and will not be refunded. When returning the goods customer must use recorded means of delivery and keep an official record of the arranged delivery which can be referred to in case of disputes or lost deliveries. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via a tracked method.
When returning goods customers must send us a notice via email: info@jazz-y.com and completed returns slip (included with your delivery) clearly stating customer order number and reasons for return. Failure to include the returns slip and notify us through email may result in delays in dealing with your query and refund.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
